Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes. If more than 30 minutes have passed, contact support with your transaction ID.

If two or more members engage in unusual betting patterns such as Arbitrage or Syndicate Betting, akp48 may void those bets.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and VIP level. VIP members generally enjoy higher betting limits.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Akp48 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — particularly a Wagering Requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering Requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times. For example, 10x means if your bonus is ৳1,000, you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being forfeited.
- Each promotion has an expiry date — bonuses will lapse if not claimed in time.
- Each member may participate in the same promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.
